• Placement testing may be required before actual enrollment
• Must submit application including residency information
• Submit official high school transcript, copy of GED, or official college transcript
• Determine TSI status, and schedule an assessment if required
• Submit audiogram (deaf/hard of hearing students only)
• Proof of Bacterial Meningitis vaccination
