To provide part-time jobs to eligible students with financial need to enable them to attend public and private, non-profit colleges or universities in Texas. Applicants must: - Be Texas residents - Show financial need - Register for the Selective Service, unless exempt - Enroll at least half time - Not be a recipient of any form of athletic scholarship during the semester(s) he or she is receiving a TCWS award; and - Not be enrolled in a seminary or other program leading to ordination or licensure to preach for a religious sect or to be a member of a religious order.
