The State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide Remote/Virtual Online Energy Audit services.
SECO partners with Texas state agencies, institutions of higher education, public K-12 schools and local governments to reduce energy costs and maximize efficiency. The successful respondent(s) to this RFP will work directly with these public entities to perform remote/virtual online energy audits of facilities using software data analytics to identify savings opportunities. The successful respondent will also identify, access and analyze relevant data to provide end-use operational and capital-related recommendations to public entities on how to improve energy efficiency.

In 2015, the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 855, which requires state agencies to publish a list of the three most commonly used Web browsers on their websites. The Texas Comptroller’s most commonly used Web browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari.
