Vendor Performance Best Value Clause

In compliance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Title 10, Subtitle D, Section 2155.074, Section 2155.075, Section 2156.007, Section 2157.003 and Section 2157.125, and Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Chapter 113.6, information obtained from the SPD's Vendor Performance Tracking System may be used in evaluating responses to solicitations for goods and services to determine the best value for the state.
