The Texas motor fuels tax on liquefied gas (LG) or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (propane, butane, methane, ethane or a mixture of those gases) was repealed effective Sept. 1, 2015. Prepaid users will no longer need the decal to purchase liquefied gas.
The legislation repealing the liquefied gas or liquefied petroleum gas tax is House Bill 1905, 84th Legislative Session (2015).
In 2015, the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 855, which requires state agencies to publish a list of the three most commonly used Web browsers on their websites. The Texas Comptroller’s most commonly used Web browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari.
