Form 05-211, Texas Notice of Intent to Forfeit Right to Transact Business
If you receive this notice, you failed to meet 2026 franchise tax filing requirements. To resolve this issue, you must file and pay your 2026 franchise tax report and pay late filing penalties and interest. If you are at or below the no tax due threshold, simply file your 2026 Public Information Report or Ownership Report. Learn how to resolve this issue and ensure your franchise tax account is current.
