Chapter 311 TIRZ Annual Reports

The Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Annual Report contains:

  • a table with basic TIRZ activity for that reported year;
  • financial details for each individual TIRZ, accessed by clicking on the Record ID; and
  • a downloadable spreadsheet.

Local governments are required to submit annual reports for the duration of a TIRZ’s existence (Tax Code 311). TThe information contained in the table, the details page and the downloadable file depend on the local government answering questions in an annual report. In some instances, a local government may have left answers blank.
