El Paso Audit and Taxpayer Service and Collections Offices Closure
The El Paso Audit office and Taxpayer Service and Collections office will be closed from Friday, October 30th through Friday, November 6th due to building repairs. Please check the website or call ahead to confirm office hours before visiting. Phone assistance will continue to be available.
Field Offices
Check your local office for days and hours of operation. Offices are closed on national holidays and may be closed or partially-staffed on state holidays. You will be asked to sign in and present photo identification to access state office buildings.

Hours and Locations for Walk-in Taxpayer Service
Services are provided over the telephone at all of our offices 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday and online 24/7.
The offices listed below are open to the public during the following days and times:
Monday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Wednesday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
You are encouraged to call before visiting these offices to obtain guidance for your planned visit and specific directions to being added to a virtual waiting list.
