Close Business Location(s)

Active locations:

Closing locations can only be completed for businesses with two or more active locations. If location information is missing or the taxpayer only has one location to close, please call 800-531-5441 ext. 3-0925 for assistance.

Filter:

If your account has more than 10 active locations, you can narrow the list of locations by entering any of the following:

• location number
• city
• state
• zip code

Clear Filter:

Use the Clear Filter button to remove information you previously entered into the filter field.

Return to Menu:

Use this button to go back to the main menu.

Close Date:

Enter the date the location is no longer in business in mm/dd/yyyy format. This date cannot exceed 90 days from the current date.
