If you see Error - The User ID and Email Address combination is not valid, verify you are using the latest email address and user ID from your profile. If you do not know the current email address on file, contact us.
If you forgot your user ID, select Cancel and select I forgot my User ID.
If you see Error - The Answer to the Security Question is not correct, try again.
If you do not know the answer to your security question, or the answer you provided is not correct, contact us.
Your password must be 10-25 characters long, and have:
Confirm your password
If you are already logged in, you will be asked to enter your current password.
Enter and repeat your new password.
If you see Error - Password does not match Confirm Password, try again.
If you see Error - Password is not 8 characters, select another password that is between 8 and 50 characters long.
If you see Error - Password must contain at least one character from each of the following categories: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (- . ! # $ & / ( ) * + , : ; ? @ _ [ ] { } | ~), select another password that meets the criteria.
Once you successfully change your password, you will see a confirmation page or return to the main menu.
