In an effort to increase Webfile account security, we are changing our login requirements. User profile sharing is now prohibited.
If you have multiple employees who need to login to Webfile, you must create a unique user profile for each of them before December 1, 2019.
When creating a new user profile, you will need to use taxpayer and Webfile numbers to associate each tax account the employee will be working. This can be a time-consuming process, and we encourage you to create additional user profiles in advance.
