Criteria SelectionSpecial Purpose District Reporting

To determine the district’s reporting requirement, check the box next to the options that applied to the special purpose district during the most recent fiscal year:

• Had bonds outstanding;
• Had gross receipts from operations, loans, taxes; or contributions exceeding $250,000;
• Had cash and temporary investments exceeding $250,000;
  OR
• None of the above applied to the entity during the most recent fiscal year.

You will be able to select more than one option, unless you select None of the above applied to the entity during the most recent fiscal year.
