Upload Documents

You must upload the appropriate documents to continue. Documents can be combined into a single file for uploading.

Representative

If you have stated that you are related to the business as a representative, you are required to upload a power of attorney to submit this renewal.

Manufacturers

Manufacturers must upload the current advertised manufacturer price and weight list.

Importers

Importers must upload a copy of your permit issued by The Department of Treasury, Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau under 26 U.S.C Chapter 52.
