VetHUB Certified Vendor Logo Policy

The VetHUB Certified Vendor logo is available for all actively VetHUB certified vendors to use for their marketing needs. The VetHUB Certified Vendor Logo may only be used as allowed by the Comptroller of Public Accounts (“Comptroller”) and as provided in this policy and is solely permitted to identify an active VetHUB status.

Any VetHUB vendor that loses its VetHUB Certification status by audit removal or expiration is prohibited from using the VetHUB Certified Vendor Logo for any purpose.

Active VetHUB certified vendors may place the VetHUB Certified Vendor Logo on brochures, websites or other physical or electronic promotional materials. The VetHUB certification logo shall not be used in any way that states, implies, or may cause confusion. The Comptroller and the State of Texas does not endorse or sponsor any products or services. The VetHUB Certified Vendor Logo shall not be used in any objectionable way, including use that is misleading, harassing, negative, obscene or in poor taste. Upon request by the Comptroller of Public Accounts, or its representatives, an entity shall stop using the VetHUB Certified Vendor Logo immediately.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of VetHUB certification eligibility, debarment from contracting with the state and monetary damages. Violators may be reported for deceptive trade practices to the Office of the Attorney General.
