2023 TARP Review Final Results

In 2024, the Comptroller’s Property Tax Assistance Division (PTAD) completed the 2023 Targeted Appraisal Review Program (TARP) review for the appraisal districts with school districts that received three consecutive invalid final findings for the 2020, 2021 and 2022 School District Property Value Study (SDPVS).

If an appraisal district is not listed below, PTAD did not perform a TARP review. Appraisal districts reviewed in 2023 had until February 2026 to substantially implement recommendations. All reports listed below include the initial findings and recommendations issued in February 2025 and the results of the follow-up reviews to determine substantial compliance published in April 2026.
