Purpose of Agreement
This agreement is an amendment to the 9/22/2022 380 Agreement with All Kind Animal Initiative. In the previous agreement, the City committed to fund up to $4,000,000 towards the engineering and design and construction costs of a new pet and animal resource center at 610 ES 11th Street. This amended agreement increases the maximum amount of funding from $4,000,000 to $6,100,000.
