Purpose of Agreement
This Development shall consist of mixed land uses which may include housing, shopping, hotel, office, entertainment, and commercial workplaces. The agreement has required acreage, at least 300 residential units with at least 10% of those units meeting affordable housing requirements, creates a minimum of 1100 permanent FTEs, value post construction equals at least $100,000 000 more than the Effective Year Value.
