Select a Report YearFranchise Tax

Select the radio button for the Report Year you wish to file and click or tap Continue.

Report Type: The type of report such as Annual or Final

Report Year: The year in which the franchise report is due. The filing period(s) are displayed in a YYYY (annual) format.

Due Date: The date the report/payment is due for the filing period.
