Inflation Reduction Act Opportunities for Feedback

In-Person Community Events

Meetings will be held throughout Texas in the summer of 2026 to gather comments from local residents, businesses and organizations on their priorities, concerns and ideas for implementing the Texas Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) programs. Advisory Council

Subject matter experts and organizations with relevant expertise and community connections are invited to apply to become part of the Texas HOMES and HEAR Rebate programs Advisory Council. The Council will serve as a strategic sounding board that engages continuously through program design and throughout the implementation phase. Individuals must apply to participate and are expected to contribute and attend most scheduled meetings.
