In-Person Community Events
Meetings will be held throughout Texas in the summer of 2026 to gather comments from local residents, businesses and organizations on their priorities, concerns and ideas for implementing the Texas Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) programs.
