General Contract Information

Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) has secured a contract with CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC to provide state travelers with reservation and ticketing services for airlines, rail and bus travel, rental cars, and hotels.

Eligibilty and How To Participate

State agencies are required to use the CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC Contract for reservations requiring travel agency services. This Contract is also available to institutions of higher education and all Texas SmartBuy Members.

For customer service, reporting requests, process updates, and new business implementation requests, please contact:

Travel Bundles (Airline, Hotel, and Car Reservations)

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC can book travel bundles, but if State travelers are looking for a hotel only, they are required to use 971-M1 Lodging Services and Booking Tool Contract, as their primary source for reserving a room.

Group Travel

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC can assist in planning Group Travel (10 people or more). This includes Athletic and Study Abroad travel as well as delegations traveling to national conferences, or program deployments requiring secure, coordinated itineraries.

Group Travel can include:

  • Organizing group airfare with flexible name deadlines and payment schedules.
  • Securing hotel sub-blocks for heavily attended conferences and releasing unused rooms at no cost to the Customer.
  • Motorcoach, shuttle, and ground movement coordination.

Customer Service

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC offers a dedicated support line which is available to all state of Texas Customers 24/7/365 to assist travelers with any reservation assistance, itinerary changes and emergency support.

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC offers a dedicated VIP customer service line that Customers may choose to use at an additional cost. CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC must return calls on the VIP line within 5 minutes, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

Online Booking Tool (OBT)

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC provides a comprehensive and secure Online Booking Tool through the SAP Concur Travel platform.

CI Azumano will also support outside Travel Management Company’s for an additional charge.

Online Reconciliation Tool

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC provides a secure, web-based Online Reconciliation Tool for use by state of Texas Travel Coordinators and Customers. This includes personalized reports which can be configured to each Customer’s individual reporting needs.

Additional Services

CI Azumano Business Travel, LLC also offers the following services for state of Texas travelers:

  • Visa and Passport Assistance
  • Lost and Stolen Baggage Support
  • Credit and Refund Processing and Tracking
  • Conference and Meeting Planning support
  • Support operations in the event of emergencies.
  • Credit and Refund Processing for unused or partially used travel services within twenty-four hours of notification of cancellation or change from the Customer.
