Texas Association of School Boards Student Voice Scholarship

2027 Scholarship Opportunity One of the highlights of TASB's Governance Camp is the Scholarship and Student Panel. Each year, five (5) outstanding Texas public school seniors are selected to join us in Galveston and share their unique public-school journey.

Scholarship Award Each selected student will receive a $1,500 scholarship Recipients must attend and participate in the Student Panel at the 2027 Governance Camp, March 3-6, 2027 in Galveston, Texas

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a current High School Senior enrolled in a Texas public high school If awarded, must commit to attending Governance Camp on: Monday, March 8, 2027 - Scholarship Dinner Tuesday, March 9, 2027 - Student Panel Session **Hotel, travel and meal costs are included, subject to a maximum allowance
