Local Development Agreement ReportingChapters 380 and 381

Local governments have 14 days to report all agreements entered, amended or renewed using eSystems. They must also post a link to these agreements on their website. Failure to comply could result in a $1,000 penalty.

If you are new to eSystems, you must create an account.

Reporting Instructions

Log in to eSystems
You will be sent to a page with tiles for all the services available on eSystems. Scroll down to "eSystems Services" and select "See More". At the bottom of the page, you will see "Chapter 380 and 381". Select that tile.

Enter your 15-digit access code
If you have not received your local government’s access code, please contact the Local Government section or call us at 844-519-5672, option 7.

Select an option.
Add new agreement:
Select this option to submit an agreement that has not been submitted to the database.
Amend an agreement:
Select this option to submit amendments to a previously submitted agreement.
Renew an agreement:
Select this option for agreements that were set to expire and were renewed with no changes to the terms and conditions other than the expiration date.
Replace agreement submission
Select this option to replace an agreement that was submitted in/with error(s).
View uploaded agreement:
Select this option to see agreement(s) previously submitted by your local government or to cancel an agreement.
