Strategic Plan Blueprint
The Strategic Plan Blueprint of the Broadband Development Office (BDO) aims to improve transparency and accountability for the office as it works to connect more unserved and underserved Texans to the 21st-century digital space.
The BDO provided an initial blueprint (PDF) to the Senate Business and Commerce Committee and is making it available to the public. This is intended to open a conversation with all stakeholders regarding the future of the BDO; it is not a final plan.
Feedback can be provided to the BDO through email at broadband@cpa.texas.gov by Oct. 30. The BDO will publish its final strategic plan in December 2026.
