Texas Smartbuy Members classified as eligible for State Travel Contracts:
The above entities, by Statute, are the only entities outside of Texas State Agencies and universities eligible to participate in State of Texas travel services contracts.
Non Texas Smartbuy members are required to request and receive membership to access the State Travel Contracts. Membership is $100 per year and provides access to all SPD contracts. Learn more about the Texas Smartbuy Membership, including how to join.
Existing eligible Texas Smartbuy Members are able to access the State Travel Contracts at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
To use the travel contracts secured by the STMP, an entity will need to provide the 3 or 5-digit number that the travel suppliers require for participation.
