• Complete UTRGV application online at www.goapplytexas.org
• Official high school transcript, indicating diploma type, class rank and class size
• Advanced Placement scores or official college transcripts for dual credit courses, if applicable
• College entrance exams (SAT/ACT) are optional, but highly encouraged for scholarships and certain fields of study

• High School graduates in the top 10% of their graduating class receive assured admission.
• All others will be reviewed on the following factors: class rank, prior college hours, college entrance exams (optional), rigor of high school courses completed, leadership experience, community involvement, and career goals.
