Senate Bill 18 List Search - Search

Senate Bill 18 required public and private entities in Texas claiming eminent domain authority to submit a letter to the Comptroller’s office by certified mail, return receipt requested, on or before December 31, 2012. An entity that was created or that acquired eminent domain authority on or after December 31, 2012, was not subject to this reporting requirement.

The following report lists those entities that submitted the SB 18 letter to the Comptroller’s office as follows: sent by the entity, claiming eminent domain authority, with provisions cited, by December 31, 2012, and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested.

The Senate Bill 18 List Search allows you:

• to view all listed entities in alphabetical order by name of entity and
• to search all listed entities by entering the name of a specific entity
