Class W

Class W columns will be pre-populated from the Class W report.

Purchases

Enter the number of cigars purchased for each product class in the appropriate column.

You will also need to attach Form 69-136, Texas Distributor Receiving Record of Cigar and Tobacco Products (PDF), to support the reported data for classes B, C, D and F.

Interstate Sales

Enter the amount of tobacco products sold outside of Texas for each product class in the appropriate column. Attach Form 69-135, Texas Distributor Report of Interstate Sales of Cigars and Tobacco Products (PDF), to support the reported data.

Federal/Military Sales

Enter the amount of tobacco products sold to a federal or military establishment for each product class in the appropriate column. Attach Form 69-315, Texas Certificate of Tax Exempt Sale (PDF), to support the reported data.

Native American Reservation Sales

Enter the amount of tobacco products sold to a Native American Reservation for each product class in the appropriate column. Attach Form 69-315, Texas Certificate of Tax Exempt Sale (PDF), to support the reported data.

Lost in Shipment

Enter the amount of tobacco products lost in shipment for each product class in the appropriate column.

Total Deductions (6)

This will be the sum of interstate sales, federal/military sales, Native American reservation sales and lost in shipment for each product class in the appropriate column.

Taxable Amounts (7)

Taxable amounts will be purchases minus total deductions for each product class.
