Purpose of Agreement

Kalahari intends to construct on 351.7 acres of land, providing positive economic benefits. The construction will consists of the following: Hotel with minimum of 975 guests’ rooms, convention and exhibition Center (150K Sq. Ft.), Indoor water park (200K Sq. Ft.), entertainment, and recreation. The term of the agreement is 15 years from the date of Certificate of Occupancy, in which, Kalahari is to invest at least $350M of rent payment and improvements to real and personal property no later than 12/22/2022 (hard and soft cost)and employ 700 Full-Time equivalent employees no later than 12 month
