Purpose of Agreement
The intent of this agreement is to create 4,000 Full-Time (FT) equivalent jobs, increase the economic development within the County, increase tax revenues, and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Williamson County. The term of this agreement is for 15 full tax year commencing on the creation of 700 FT equivalent jobs, in which, Apple Inc will expend at least $400M for acquisition of land and development, construction, and fit-out of the project. 1st part of the phase is to be constructed by 12/31/2022 with an assessed value of $50M and by year 12 have 4,000 Full-Time e
