Add Vehicle

Requirements
  • The vehicle cannot have temporary or dealer plates.
  • Products are not allowed to be stored in the vehicle overnight.
  • Records must be kept at a permitted commercial business location.
  • The permit must always be prominently displayed.
Permit Type
Select the permit types.
Vehicle Information
Verify that the VIN and license plate number are not already in use for this entity.
Placed in Service Date
The date when the vehicle becomes operational for retail sales of cigarettes, cigars and/or tobacco products. This date cannot be more than 90 days in the future or before the sales tax start date. If your start date is before to the current date, you must contact us.
