Be aware that call volume can be very high during peak tax filing periods.

April 14 - 20 Quarterly/Monthly Sales Tax Peak
May 9 - 16 Annual Franchise Tax Peak
July 14 - 20 Quarterly, Monthly Sales Tax Peak
October 13 - 20 Quarterly, Monthly Sales Tax Peak
November 8 - 15 Extended Franchise Tax Peak

Note: Monthly sales tax reports are due on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is the next business day.
