Proposed Rules
The following proposed property tax administration rules were filed with the secretary of state on Aug. 5 and Aug. 9, respectively, and published in the Texas Register on Aug. 23, 2024. The 30-day comment period begins when the rules are published and ends Sept. 22, 2024.
