The Comptroller's office proposes repealing §9.804 concerning arbitration of appraisal review board determinations and replacing it with new rules §§9.4251 - 9.4266 which will comprise new Subchapter K titled Arbitration of Appraisal Review Board Determinations. The proposed rule changes were filed with the Texas Register on Oct. 24, 2017, and published in the Nov. 10, 2017, Texas Register. The comment period ends 30 days after publication. You may review these rules as published in the Texas Register on the Texas Secretary of State's website.

In 2015, the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 855, which requires state agencies to publish a list of the three most commonly used Web browsers on their websites. The Texas Comptroller’s most commonly used Web browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari.
