Purpose of Agreement
Hotel Sancho Panza, LLC is proposing to build a new Courtyard Marriott hotel in Downtown El Paso,Texas. The applicant proposes to develop a 10-story hotel, including a parking garage, with a minimum of 140 rooms. Hotel Sancho Panza, LLc has a contractual investment amount of $8,000,000.00. The City of El Paso will pay a 100% property tax rebate for a period of up to 13 years or up to the maximum amount of $844,089.30, whichever occurs first.
