United Parcel Services (UPS) intends to construct, develop and operate in the City of Round on ~50.535 acres of land of which, 100,000 Sq. Ft. is designated for office and warehouse space. UPS intends to invest ~$70M in improvements in real and personal property and employ 314 Full-Time (FT) and/or FT equivalent employees. UPS agrees to $70M in improvements to real and personal property within the County no later than 12/31/2018 and is to employee 314 Full-Time/Full-Time Equivalent employees 1 year after the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
