Purpose of Agreement
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. agrees to make a minimum investment, on or before December 31, 2024 in the REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS of not less than $470 Million. Wells Fargo agrees to hiring a total of 57 full-time employees with a weighted average base salary of $128,300. Denton County will provide a rebate on 65% of ad valorem taxes on real property improvements for 6 calendar years with the total 381 rebate capped at $3,987,987.40 during term of the agreement.
