Purpose of Agreement
City will convey 1,677 gross acres to developer. Developer shall construct data centers as follows: Phase 1 - Minimum capacity of 800 MW, Phase 2 - Minimum capacity of 1200 MW, Phase 3 - Minimum capacity of 1000 MW. Before agreement expiration, minimum taxable value shall be $18.7 billion.
