City’s Obligation: To provide an economic incentive grant in the amount of $350,000. Developer’s Obligations: To construct a 163,176-square-foot mixed-use development at 408 S. Friendswood Drive, consisting of (i) 11,000 square feet of retail space, which will entail a full-service restaurant, including breakfast service, (ii) 9,000 square feet of office space, (iii) 112 residential units, and (iv) a walking green space to allow access from the development to the City's library.
