Chapter 380 economic development agreement providing a performance-based sales and use tax grant equal to 50% of the City’s 1.5% municipal sales tax generated from eligible taxable purchases related to an industrial manufacturing facility. Term is seven years (1/6/2026–1/6/2033). Payments are contingent on construction completion, operations, compliance, and actual tax receipt. Includes separate HEDC incentive up to $25,000.
