Purpose of Agreement
The City has granted an incentive of 50% sales tax rebate for 25 years, on the Buc-ee’s parcel as well as the outparcels. The first phase consists of 50% for 5 years for infrastructure improvements. The second phase grants a 50% sales tax rebate for the Buc-ee's travel center, retail and sit-down restaurants; and 25% on remaining fast food and service.
