The life of a veterinarian

Kaylen | future veterinarian

I have always enjoyed being around animals. Honesly my whole life. I love caring for them and helping them when they are injured. I am also in love with how animals ineract with each other and how thier body systems work. This is why I want to become a veterinarian. This career does require an undergraduate degree for admission. However, they do require between 45 and 90 semester hours of prerequisite courses. This job has a salary range of 80k-100k so it's a pretty good pay. I can see myself as being very successful in this job and maybe even owning my own clinic! I would want to attend A&M college. I have visited the campus before and I went to a science engineering camp in the summer, just for the expirience, and I absolutly loved it! The people were so nice and it was amazing. I plan to take a tour of the veterinary school at A&M, which is the best out there! I did my whole exploring careers project on being a veterinarian and learned so much more about it. I hope to fulfill my dream of being a veterinarian one day.
