Form 69-117, Cigarette, E-Cigarette and Tobacco Products Retail Employee Notification (PDF)
This form notifies law enforcement that retail employees have received notification of the laws concerning sales of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products. Retailers must retain the signed notification form for each employee selling cigarettes, e-cigarettes and tobacco products at the retail location to which the employee is assigned.

In 2015, the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 855, which requires state agencies to publish a list of the three most commonly used Web browsers on their websites. The Texas Comptroller’s most commonly used Web browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari.
