Purpose of Agreement
Pursuant to the agreement, the City will provide an economic incentive grant in an amount of $30,500; and the Developer will (i) complete the redevelopment of 303 N Friendswood Drive on or before January 31, 2028; (ii) create and maintain taxable value by tax year 2029 of at least $3,050,000 and thereafter throughout the term, (iii) create and maintain 15 FTE jobs, and (iv) repay all or a portion of the economic incentive grant if the Developer fails to comply with the terms of the agreement.
