As required by Senate Bill 1340 passed in the 88th Legislative Session, Local Government Code Chapter 380 and 381 agreements and Tax Code Chapter 312 agreements will appear in this tool, depending on your search. For Chapter 380 and 381 agreements without a set expiration date, the expiration will display as 2078-12-31.

Only agreements active as of Sept. 1, 2021, when House Bill 2404 went into effect, or agreements that have been entered, amended or renewed since that date are required to be reported. All information has been provided by local governments.
