When the tax filing requirements have been met, you may return to submit a new request.
Select the Return to Menu button to file reports and make payments electronically, if applicable.
If you are not sure which franchise tax report to file, go to Texas Franchise Tax Forms, and select the year for the report you are filing.
Franchise tax reports for report years 2008 to present can be submitted via Webfile for most entities.
If you are unable to file the reports using Webfile, go to Texas Franchise Tax Forms and download the applicable forms.
If listed, the final franchise tax period will be available on Webfile in one to two days.
Please allow three to four business days for processing of reports and payments.
