Comptroller Resources for Taxpayers
We experienced an outage with our Webfile system and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Webfile is currently available.
Tax returns and payments that are filed and paid by April 21, 2021 will be considered timely filed for those taxes due April 20, 2021. Any penalties and late fees that would normally occur will be automatically waived. The Webfile system will show penalty due but DO NOT pay the penalty. If you have paid any penalties, you will be issued a refund automatically.
We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
