FY 2024: Peer-To-Peer Workforce Enhancement Program

The Opioid Abatement Fund Council (OAFC) announces the availability of up to $10 million in grant funds for the purpose of expanding the recovery peer support specialist workforce in Texas.

Proposed projects must be based on a required needs assessment and designed to implement strategies that will increase the number of individuals in the peer-to-peer workforce.

 

Applications must be submitted through the OAFC’s Electronic Grant Management System, which can be accessed in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) posted on the Electronic State Business Daily website.

The deadline for submitting grant applications is Feb. 11, 2025, 2 p.m. CST. Late applications will not be accepted.
