Air Force ROTC scholarships help relieve the financial burden of college expenses. Three types of scholarships are offered which cover tuition and most lab fees. Scholarships also provide an annual textbook allowance of $900, and from $300 to $500 spending cash monthly stipend. Scholarships do not cover room and board expenses.

General and Academic Requirements:

• Be a U.S. citizen or able to obtain citizenship (see website)
• Pass a Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board Medical exam (see website for scheduling)
• Achieve an SAT® composite score of 1240 or ACT composite of 26
• Attain a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Pass the Physical Fitness Assessment, which consists of three Events: push-ups, sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run.

Eligible applicants are contacted to set up a personal scholarship interview. If a student accepts an awarded scholarship, they become obligated and agree to specific service requirements of the U.S. Air Force ROTC.
