    SOAR is a scholarship and mentoring opportunity in support of "First
    Females," those young women who are the first in their family
    to pursue higher education or who have had to overcome significant
    challenges. 

    Up to twenty students will be selected to receive a one-year 
    scholarship totaling $5,000 each.
