The Texas B-On-Time Loan program is a zero-interest plan. Beginning with the 2015-2016 academic year, only renewal awards will be available.

Your institution's financial aid office will determine your renewal eligibility (funding is limited). If this loan is offered, you will be instructed to complete an application and promissory note online at http://www.HHLoans.com.
